1. Use of the Service

Flip It helps resellers turn item photos and onboarding answers into listing copy, pricing guidance, marketplace workflows, shipping prompts, and related selling tools.

The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Flip It does not provide legal, financial, tax, shipping-carrier, marketplace-policy, safety, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing any listing, price, marketplace recommendation, shipping prompt, workflow, or other generated output before using it. Do not rely on Flip It as your sole source of truth for important selling decisions.

2. AI Content and Selling Results

Flip It may use AI systems to personalize listing copy, pricing ranges, keywords, marketplace suggestions, shipping prompts, resale workflows, and other generated materials. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or unsuitable for your specific item or marketplace.

We do not guarantee that using Flip It will produce any particular sale, income, profit, marketplace placement, shipping cost, buyer response, business result, or productivity improvement.

You should review, test, and adapt AI outputs before publishing listings, setting prices, buying inventory, shipping items, or communicating with buyers.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account, device, email, Google login, and any other login access secure. You agree not to share access in a way that violates these Terms or bypasses plan limits.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, reverse engineer our systems, overload our infrastructure, interfere with payment or access controls, or use Flip It for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, counterfeit, infringing, or marketplace-prohibited activity.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and subscriptions renew according to the price, billing interval, and terms shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including Whop, and their checkout terms may also apply.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available account, payment, or support flow. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for prior charges, renewals, unused time, or partial billing periods.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred. Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

5. Content and License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any plan limits, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Flip It.

You may use content generated for you in your own resale listings and internal selling workflows, but you may not resell, redistribute, copy, scrape, or package Flip It content or workflows as a competing product or service.

We may update, change, limit, suspend, or remove features, content, plans, workflows, or generated materials at any time for product, safety, security, legal, billing, marketplace, or operational reasons.

6. Safety and Professional Limitations

Flip It is not an emergency service, marketplace compliance advisor, shipping carrier, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, appraiser, or other licensed professional. Your use of Flip It does not create any professional, fiduciary, privileged, or advisory relationship.

If you are facing an emergency, safety issue, legal issue, financial crisis, buyer dispute, marketplace enforcement action, or other serious matter, contact qualified professionals, the marketplace, the payment provider, or local emergency services instead of relying on Flip It.

You may not use the Service to request, generate, promote, or facilitate unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, abuse, privacy violations, violence, self-harm, instructions for wrongdoing, or other harmful activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flip It is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, marketplace penalties, shipping losses, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Flip It for the Service during the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
