Data We Collect

We collect account and contact data you provide, such as name, email, phone number, authentication identifiers, Google account connection status, and subscription status.

We collect onboarding answers and selling inputs, including item categories, seller level, marketplace preferences, selling blockers, condition details, shipping preferences, monthly goals, selected plan, generated listing materials, and feature selections.

We collect usage, analytics, device, referral, advertising, payment-status, and support data needed to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Service. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How We Use Data

We use data to create and personalize your resale workflow, generate listing copy, pricing guidance, keywords, marketplace suggestions, shipping prompts, and progress tracking, process purchases, restore access, provide support, debug issues, prevent abuse, and send service-related messages.

We use analytics and attribution data to understand how people use Flip It, improve onboarding and workflow quality, measure ads, and make the product more useful.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve product quality, prompts, selling flows, reliability, and safety.

AI Processing

Flip It may process your onboarding answers, item details, prompts, and selling activity with AI providers to generate listing copy, pricing guidance, marketplace suggestions, shipping prompts, summaries, and recommendations.

Please do not submit passwords, private keys, government identifiers, medical records, confidential employer information, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive information unless a feature clearly requires it and you understand the risk.

Sharing

We share data with vendors that help us provide the Service, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, attribution, advertising, payment processing, AI generation, email, storage, and customer support providers.

Payment and subscription data may be processed by Whop or other payment providers. We may receive payment status, plan, checkout, refund, chargeback, and subscription information needed to provide access and support.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect privacy and security, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Flip It, our users, or others.

Retention and Security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk, but no transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable. You can also opt out of non-essential messages where an unsubscribe or stop mechanism is provided.

You may disconnect or change account access through available product, authentication, payment, or support flows. Some information may be retained where needed for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup integrity.

Children

Flip It is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Flip It, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
